5. Appointments and Cancellations
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future service.

By providing your phone number and consenting to SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages from Capital Comfort LLC, including appointment reminders, service updates, and promotional offers. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:

Ensuring safe and reasonable access to equipment and work areas
Disclosing any known hazards on the property
Timely payment for services rendered
8. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees and collection procedures.
9. Warranties
Labor warranties are provided as stated on your service invoice. Equipment warranties are governed by the respective manufacturer. We do not warrant against problems caused by pre-existing conditions, improper use, or lack of maintenance after service.
10. Limitation of Liability
Capital Comfort LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Capital Comfort LLC, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our services or your violation of these Terms.
